Travolook - Ticket got cancelled and refund not given from Travolook

I had booked a ticket from travolook on */**/****, but after booking and payment done they had cancelled the ticket with reason as (This is to inform you that your reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason) and auto mail stated that your refund will be in your amount within **-** days (i.e. **/**/****) but till date refund is not initiated after calling several times to the customer care also.

This is fraud company and everyone complaining about this type of issue from the same company
