P. Naga Praveen filed complaint against Travolook on Apr 8, 2022
I have made a booking through Travolook website on **–**–**** from Bangalore to Lucknow by paying Rs.**** and it got cancelled just after few seconds of booking and I received an email of the same mentioning reason as “due to fare difference”. Its been one month and no refund till now even after ‘n’ number of calls. Every time they say the same thing “We are initiating the refund and it will be received in **–** days. If we ask for proof of refund they say “we cant provide you any proof, it will be received soon, if not, call us again”. There is No refund even after * month.
I would like to request you to kindly register a complaint on Travolook and help me get refund.
