On *th February, ****, I tried booking a flight on travolook.in and my booking reference number is: *********.
After making the payment of Rs. ****/- from my mobikwik wallet, they mailed me saying that my ticket was cancelled due to fare difference and that I'll receive a refund of the entire amount that I paid. Later within *-** minutes I received a call from their customer support number: ****-***-**** saying that I'll get my refund soon. From then I've called several times asking for refund and they kept assuring me that I'll get my refund within **-** working days. Now when the time limit has passed and again I called them on the above mentioned number, they again are saying that I'll get my refund within * days. Basically, they are just extending the time limit. I also asked them to let me talk to their senior executive or send me some proof of the refund initiation so that I can verify them with the payment gateway but they refused to do that. I have bills to pay and for them I couldn't do it and now I have to pay the interest. I'm going through a tough time and the amount really matters to me. Please help me getting back my refund.
