Cleartrip - Ticket Cancelled by Airline and Cleartrip has not refunded

I booked a ticket for my niece from Hyderabad to Imphal via Kolkotta in Air India through Cleartrip.com depature from Hyderabad on * May **** and return on * June ****. I booked it three months ago in order to get cheaper flight for my niece who is student.

Few week before the actual date of journey, Air India informed me that the flight from Hyderabad to Kolkotta on * May **** and return flight from Kolkotta to Hyderabad on * June **** is cancelled due to the operational reason. I was informed that they are arranging a partner airline for the sectors that is cancelled. I was also given option to cancel with full refund.

Later Air Asia arranged an PNR for Hyderabad Kolkotta sector for the same date, the arrival or the new flight reaches Kolkotta after the connecting flight from Kolkotta to Imphal is departure scheduled. Same with the return ticket with Air Asia from Kolkotta to Hyderabad. Departure from Hyderabad was in the morning on * June ****, whereas my niece original flight was arriving in the evening same day.

I have taken this matter to Air India, Air Asia and also Clear Trip, none of them sorted the problem then I had to cancel with full return after contscting both Air India and Clear Trip a week before the departure.

Accordingly ticket was cancelled but refund has been pending. I have contacted both Air India and Cleart trip that the refund will be done. But it has not retunded until now.

Therefore, I was googling how to complain ahout this refund and I found people sugguesting to lodge complaint at voxya.com.
