Yatra.com - TICKET CANCELLATION REFUND

I have scheduled return flight from Mumbai to Kaohsiung Via Bangkok in March ****. Due to coronavirus outbreak, thai airways(my airlines for this journey) issued travel advisory on their official website stating free re-routing/re-schedulling until Dec **, **** intially. For which i was trying to contact yatra.com for past one week but recieved no positive response depsite calling them or emailing them. So far this date I havent recieved any email reply from yatra.com. On March**, thai airways cancelled by return journey flight from BKK- Mumbai and issued advisory as well on their website so when contacted yatra.com to initiate cancellation and full refund they stated to wait for **hrs to cross-verify with airlines. Despite waiting for **hrs, i havent recieved any email or call to initiate refund. When I called again they again told me to wait for another **hrs-**hrs as they werent able to confirm with airlines. After insisting for more than one hour to speak with supervisor-, they hang up phone during conversation and did not called back. They have hangup or disconnected call thrice in one day.
