Travolook - Ticket booked and cancelled simultaneously due to hike in rate

MANJIT SINGH AMAR filed complaint against Travolook on Mar 9, 2022

On **.**.**** booked a ticket from Amritsar to Mumbai in the name of my son Harvinder Singh Amar. For it an amount of Rs.**** was remitted through HDFC Bank Credit Card. After taking detail IO was informed that rates of the flight has been hiked by the airline. I told not to book instead refund me the paid money. Till date I have sent number of mails for refund, but of no use.
Payment was made ot WINGTRAVEL ADV CASHFREE BENGALURU.
Copy of letter from HDFC Bank is also sent.
Please get my hard money refunded. I am a senior citizen.
