I booked ticket with new account so I can apply Coupon where I could get **% discount on first booking, so I did.
Then at ****Pm I got mail, that my booking is cancelled and total amount is refunded.
then I contacted to RedBus service, I get to know It was from operator end
I checked fare again it was raised
On phone call, I convinced to make it correct and made it as it is..
Then they replied that they've made fare rate same again I can book tickets again.. but this time I couldn't utilise coupon coz it was already used on previous cancelled one.
Whole this thing was unfair from REDBUS as well as NEELKANTH TRAVELS side
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
