I have booked badawar travel bus via red bus for *:** am on * feb **** (pnr *****) for my wife and daughter from boarding point dewas bus stand to bioara we reached the bus stand at *:**am no badawar travel bus has come till *:** am when call to responsible answer received as bus was changed (bhadawar to ray traves) at main time without informing no call alert for bus arriving no message bus left as when we call to driver he answerd to talk in office, when contact to he offer to resudule bus til *:** am when was not inline with my family schedule so please refund my amount as we have not avail redbus service you can check seat number ** and ** bus still on the way
