I am Shubham Shukla S/O Mr. Avdhesh Shukla, want to file a compliant against the online fraud of INR ****/ happened over a Flight ticked booking Portal known as “Travolook”.
Today I was trying to book a flight from Agra to Bangalore which was showing on Travolook portal with some offers. So I had to book a ticked hence processed the ticked purchasing over the portal having the URL “https://www.travolook.in/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=brand_exact&gclid=Cj*KCQjwnJaKBhDgARIsAHmvz*eGY*ckAxRoyMcmS*TsFcZNRJ*P*QvNvfWkLzc*xb*EdaKUbvGqJDQaAqkuEALw_wcB”,. For the payment option I chose UPI mode and instantly I got the UPI payment request on my google pay account. And then I processed the payment the amount was deducted instantly and I was waiting for the ticked confirmation. But after waiting for some ** minutes the ticket portal have not confirmed the ticked then I checked the options available on portal but I got no information of payment. After going thorough from some google reviews I font this portal is a fraud portal to make such incidents. With in same Hour I raised the complained in my Bank also.
I request your help to check this case and help to resolve the issue so I can get my money back also there are many of like me which are waiting for to see these cyber criminals to be exposed
