On the very day of ** dec **** I had booked my flight ticket from delhi to guwahati from the website Travolook and within few minutes of payment I get a mail from them saying that booking is in process and later again I get one saying that the tickets got cancelled due to some price difference issue, when I called them to ask what exactly had happened because I was really confused about the entire thread of events but they shamefully asked me to pay more get it confirmed, so I denied and spoke regarding the refund process and how many days will it take.
Now that it's has been *months this damn faux company has successfully cheated me and with rigorous calling and asking then about the refund updates they just keep pushing the dates further, this entire process has sucked my energy and time, now that the last step is to go file a complaint.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
