Delhivery - threat calls from delhivery courier

Pre Paid order from amazon on **th Jan ****...**th Jan ****out for delivery the same notification for **th Jan and then on **st Jan notification came "delivery on hold for non payment " . it was Pre Paid order still they put such notification to hold. *st Feb **** again out for delivery and on *nd Feb DELHIVERY guys called up my mum for code and given threats that if she will not provide the delivery code the the package will be returned back to seller . today on *rd Feb. **** package is again out for delivery . from * days we are facing such trouble . The package is small gift pack a cycle light for my * year old son .
