I have purchased a TV on Flipkart on **.**.****. There is a black mark in TV images uploaded. I lodge a complaint in customer care my complaint ID is *******. The technician from deputed by the consumer care inspected my TV and try to attend the mark. Problem not solved but there is a vertical line in the TV from the date service engineer attending. Service engineer told me that there is a panel problem we can replace the same after receiving the panel from the brand. But consumer care closed my ticket ID there is physical damage and replied panel will be replaced with **% of the cost.
