Thomson led tv - Service not provided

Dear Sir,
Under the instruction and on behalf of my client Maruti Dombar, I Sushmita Sarkar, Advocate, do hereby serve upon you with the following legal notice:
⦁ That my client purchased LED Tv of your concern through Flipkart vide Invoice No. FAJDUN********** on **.**.**** for Rs. **,***/- (Rupees Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Only).

⦁ That my client noticed that there was in issue in the display of the product as it was under warranty so he raised the complaint vide Complaint No. ******* at the service centre of your concern regarding this and the technician had visited but did not get the services.

⦁ That my client communicated with your concern several times regarding the same but till date no resolution took place from your end.
⦁
⦁ That my client want the replacement of the product or the complete amount to be refunded as soon as possible from your concern.

⦁ That my client is been mentally harassed by your concern as he did not get proper service from your end till now.
⦁
⦁ That my client will not tolerate this anymore from your concern as he had a huge loss of money as well as loss of time and for last ** days can't watch TV program.

⦁ That being deprived of the facilitated service my client intimated your concern on several occasions by way of telephonic conversations and emails in respect of the above mentioned issue. However, you have acted like flogging of a dead horse in order to provide resolution which is extremely unprofessional in nature.

⦁ That due to your aforementioned malafide act and conduct my client got duped the hard-earned money of my client which is hindering my client in an erroneous way as my client has been facing the tremendous noetic agony and due to the same my client has not got able to live the life in own accord.

⦁ Thus in order to resolve the difficulties of my client, I would direct you to duly look into this matter with a foremost importance to take necessary steps to provide my client with justification at the earliest along with a refund of Rs. **,***/- (Rupees Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Only) and compensation amount of Rs. **,***/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) as instructed by my client for the mental agony suffered by my client due to the illegible and unethical behaviour of your representative.

⦁ I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my client’s problem and will wait until *(seven) days of the receipt of this notice, failing which my client shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of the aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by Law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory Provisions of The Consumer Protection Act,**** exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility, and consequences which please note.
