I have taken mba cat course I just need to cancel my order and need refund
because of your poor services . Everyone is saying that there is no primary
number which I have been registered for but my registered mobile number no: **********
I just need to cancel my order I have paid registration fee and gone with emi please cancel it
Reasons:
There is no proper response from your team
Everyone used to say this is not my registered mobile number
There is no mentor assigned to me after buying the course
I have bought on **.**.**** but untill now there is no live class has been conducted in tablet and after a month I have recived the material
My tablet delivery date is */**/****
My books delivery date is **/**/****
I have raised many call back request with my cancellation policy and the team was saying my cancellation policy is ended how can it be done because there is no live classes I have got and my books were delivered very lately and after reviewing with your team there is no proper response from anyone and I was remain helpless those cancellation team were forcing me to take the course this is not the correct way
So please cancel my order and I need my refund amount back.
