Byjus exam prep - Refund not processed

I've registered for byjus IAS course, and I wanted to cancel the course because I was not satisfied with the course they are providing. So, I have dropped an email within ** days free trial period. They told that we'll get refund if we cancel within ** days duration from the date of registration but now they are not responding to any of my mails, my calls and my texts . I've got acces to class from August **,**** and I've dropped an email to cancel my course on August **,****(i.e., within ** days duration) and I didn't get any refund till now neither any response from them.
