Byjus exam prep - Refund not given

I purchased a CDS course for **** INR from ByjusExamPrep on *th April **** and cancelled it the very next day by calling them and sending them emails to which they responded by giving me a reference number. Theysaid my course is cancelled on **th april and refund is being processed., also asked for my bank details which i sent immediately and still now my money is not getting refunded everytime i call they are saying *-* working days and it will be sent but like this * weeks has passed. Its clear they want to loot my money and i want them to get penalized for this.
