Zepto - They took the money but didn t deliver

I ordered * items from zepto, shin ramen, kitkat, winkies cake, bread, milk and sausage. The total was ₹***.** and they cut the balance from my account but they didn’t process on the zepto app and didn’t deliver even after cutting the amount. It was on **:** PM ** December ****. Please help me get the refund. As a college student trying to save money, this is really disheartening.
