Ordered atomberg renesa fan through zepto dated **-**-**. Received defective product and chat with their customer support for replacement, they said, "as of now we can only process the return as the product is unavailable for replacement". After a while got reply like "Currently the store is not deliverable For return you can raise the chat after one hour with chat ticket TKB*C**B***FB my colleagues will assist you better."

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
