They assigned an inexperienced advocate for document verification, sale of agreement draft, sale deed draft, registration process at SRO office. She forgot undivided plot share bcz of that I need to reprint the sale of agreement and get it signed with the seller and witness, She mentioned boundaries wrongly in the sale agreement it's printed. She was unable to mention basic details in the sale in deed I had to do the due diligence and identify the mistakes and get it corrected multiple times. She didn't mention about the list of mandatory documents required for the registration. My registration suppose to happen on **th of Aug but at the last moment that was on *th August she asked me for form**A which I'm suppose to get it from Panchayat office and it will take more than ** days at least due which my registration is not happening as planned, I'm staying in a rented house and I have to vacate this month end if I'm unable to do the registration this month and take possession I will have to look for a rented house again or need to spend * month rent additionally I have my EMI also started from this month onwards. Just because of that Nobroker and lawyer's negligence I'm struggling in each and every step. I have asked them to assist me to get the Khata form **A they are not ready, asked to re-assign a new lawyer with better experience they are not supporting for that as well they are simply avoiding my calls and mails even after multiple followups they will pick some times and give some fake promises but they will never respond after that. I wasted ***** for this kind of reckless service. I'm seeking a justice here..
