I have ordered from swiggy at **:** pm their delivery persons are not able to deliver the food i have been waited and try to contacted and texting with customer care till *:**am then i asked them to cancel the order because they are not delivering in time and iam so hungry i ordered from Zomato at *:**am they cancelled the order and as a penalty they charged the amount they didn't gave refund even the mistake was with swiggy they just looted me none of the customer executive helped me out they just trying to escape and made me to wait for very long. i never wanted to order from swiggy in my life.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
