Lazypay - They keep sending mails and messages to pay amount which I have not authorized at all

Hi Team,
I do not use a Lazypay account at all until recently when there was some transaction of **** INR charged for me by lazypay on **th January **** somewhere at around **:** PM IST. I thought those were spam emails and messages. They started calling me that I have to pay my due amount. I told them that I have not done any such transaction as such. They asked to file a complaint and write to their support team at 'wecare@lazypay.in' which I did. I do not receive any response to my emails and they keeping calling me from different numbers and sending messages asking to pay the amount. This is seriously irresponsible and fraud behaviour. Suddenly, today I started receiving all kinds of OTP messages for different websites to my phones and I was bombarded with all those OTP messages. I believe this is being done by them as a kind of harassment to pay the amount.
