Iocl - They are using my aadharcard to distribute gas connection to others

The IOCL company and distributor B-Seam colliery Indane, Dist- Koriea, Khongapani, contact no- ********** and controlling AO Raipur Indane DO-LPG are using my aadharcard no to distributing gas connection to others hence I'm not able to get my connection of LPG. so please do the needful in this regard.
