Iocl - Distributor asking to buy accessories

The distributor MJV Indane Gas Agency in Amabttur, Chennai refused to accept my Aadhaar as POI and POA document. Insisted me to buy accessories. When I asked for the Field Officer's contact details for complaining they refused to provide it. This information is to be displayed on their notice board; but they have a digital board and it does not contain this information.
