I taken appointment for MRI by landlines number ***********. Operator attend the call and forward MRI department. I talk with MRI department (Man), I not ask name, and bookings slot today **/**/**** at *:** PM. I came from Gujarat Refinery but MRI department says your appointment not book plz come * PM. My time waste. I called for appointment before one day **/**/**** @**:** hrs.
