I bought a treadmill from Powermax in April **** through Amazon.in.
It's been * years and i could barely used the treadmill in the last two years because i am always travelling for work.
The first time the product was delivered it was damaged. From the very moment the machine was set up, these were problems: The display did not work correctly. Numbers appeared shaky. Additionally, there the arm on the treadmill was broken. Had to call their customer care million times to replace it. They fixed it then.
Now last month the red start/stop button on the display started the issue again. It would work sometimes fine and then won't. So I called up their customer service. I was told I need to pay **** for a technician to just pay a visit. I paid that. The technician who came said i will have to pay **** more to change the entire display. I paid Rs. ***** for this treadmill just * years ago, and within * years i was asked to pay another **** for a stupid display. These guys are looting customers by selling them faulty products Why was I forced to pay Rs **** for a faulty display? I need a refund. They refused to give me back my display unless i pay them **** extra so i had to pay.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
