I bought a boult earpots on **/**/**** and on the same date after using and verifying the product i found some problems in the device so i request a return, but incase of accepting the request they call me and tricked me in different ways and were not accepting the return. They called savior time just to say we can't accept the return. They are not even ready to listen or verify also. They have just send me a defective device and not ready to refund the money
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
