Timbl Broadband - They are not refunding my money even I did not take his service Not picking my calls and no response

I visited the website timbl.co.in and filled the details for a broadband connection. A person named Raees called me and told all the details of the selected plan. I choose Freedom Fest Plan for which I have to pay Rs. ****.** through the website. I paid the said amount on **/**/**** at **:** pm (receipt will attached), the promised to install in **hours but after * days no installation was done and the person Raees in not picking my calls. I need my money back.
