**/**/**** from the samsung shop india website. Order was for samsung galaxy book * and Buds * and its has already passed the expected date of delivery which was **/**/**** according to the status of the order shown on the website Only Confirmed I received two phone numbers while chatting to the samsung customer support on whatsapp **** * ******* and **** *** ** *** out of which only the first one works and the second number does not work. The team have not been updated and are giving customers phone numbers which
do not work. I have placed many calls to the customer support phone numbers and written many emails which have given me the same reply for the past * weeks, Their reply was to please be patient and wait for ** to ** hours. I have waited for * weeks,
and I have asked them time and time again about my order and the status, but they are not able to tell me what exactly is the problem and still telling me to wait.
I have also asked them to cancel my order, since they were taking a very long time to dispatch my order. They are not even willing to cancel and offer me a refund. Therefore I want to file a
complaint against them.
Please help.
