Hello I ordered Samsung Galaxy m** by Samsung shop online app on *th October with delivery date **th oct then Samsung extended delivery date to **th oct , on **th oct they send me msg & mail that your product delivered on **oct at time **:** am ( night) but I not received any mobile from Samsung I ask please give me tracking id then they send a tracking id that shows your mobile delivered on *August **** how it is possible by Samsung and still now they didn't send my ordered mobile and I paid on booking time so please don't do this mistake as done by me Samsung shop online app is a fraud app they collect my money and not respond my issues the only single massage comes out team investigate in your issue and when I got my order they know so please don't buy any product from Samsung shop online app.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
