I have a pre-paid order mobile samsung M** from online samsung shop app on dated **th Feb **** my order no. Is *********** and the delivery date was *march **** but till now it is not delivered I have complained so many to support but no action has been taken i m calling regularly
to their support team every time he told me I creating your case on high priority but till it is pending I also asked the support team if it is fail to deliver so plz cancel my order and refund my amount but they are not canceling my order and even not replying to my complaint and every time I have to call them but from there side no reply from support team now they are mentally harassing me and not refunding my deducted amount so plz look into
