The order was not allowed to cancel before order confirmation and asked the restaurant to cancel the order. They told me to reach Zomato and I was unable to reach the chat support for lion grill until the order was confirmed. The order to cancel the order is also not available in Zomato app till the order is confirmed. This is how Zomato is cheating the customer. When I tried calling the customer care the call went unanswered plus they have not provided the correct contact details in website and app for an emergency.
