It is to bring to your kind notice that my parents has taken flight from Patna to Pune on **th October. PNR No - KWSS*G
During the journey, * luggage has been checked in at Patna airport which they got at Pune airport
Flight was through Delhi where hopping of * hour was there
My father is suffering from kidney disease & due to urgent dialysis situation he has to travel to Pune. They have kept Rs **,***/- in the trolley bag at three different locations.
All the cash has been theft by someone during the journey though it was kept in check in luggage
We have raised complaint on **th morning & continuously chasing for the action
We have not received positive feedback till date
Please note that the luggage was locket at Patna airport(confirmed by Mr Ranjeet of indigo at Patna airport after checking the cctv footage) but the luggage we found at Pune was unlocked
Some mishandling has been done during the journey by indigo staff which is not tolerable at all
Being senior citizen & critically ill, my father is under tremendous pressure & this is further deteriorating his sickness
My request to indigo to kindly get the thief caught & return back our hard earned money
