Crocs - The shoe company crocs is not willing to repair the product despite the warranty

I bought a shoe of crocs from flipkart store and the company has given ** days warranty for it but within that the sole of the shoe broke and I sent a mail to crocs asking them to solve the problem but there is no adequate solution from the company.
