Crocs - Broken or Poor quality of Crocs Men Casual Clogs

I had purchased a pair of Crocs Men Casual Clogs from Jayanagar Crocs store with the order number #***** in the month of May of which I have attached the bill. Then later after * days due to size issues I got it replaced and I bought Men Literide Black Clogs Sandal paying an extra Rs.***.
I purchased a sandal with great excitement, given my positive experiences with Crocs . Unfortunately, I have noticed that the sandal has deteriorated much sooner than expected, and I am very disappointed with the unexpected wear and tear. The sandal, which I purchased for **** INR, has not met the standards, as i have paid **** Rs for the pair of sandals was expecting them to last at least for * years, this inconvenience has brought a greater disappointment in me on the brand.
I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a replacement for the defective sandal at your earliest convenience
I have attached images of the sandal to this email to provide a visual representation of the issue. As you can see, the sandal gum is gone in multiple places and also it has got damaged. I just wear it to the office and as I travel by car it is really not expected to go bad this soon.
