Crocs - Refused to provide refund or return even when product is under warranty

- Purchase Date: *th December ****
Product was found to have some defect in February and request for return or exchange was raised via mail to CROCS with pictures atrached of the defective portion on **th February ****. It had a Warrenty of * months from the date of Purchase.
Received an email from CROCS saying "We've received an update that the warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal usage, wear and tear, damage by you, or alterations." And they were ready to give **% discount coupon for this. Upon having a call with them they asked for more images. After providing additional images and vedios they said that my claim for warranty has been rejected and they can provide me **% coupon as compensation. With all these metal frustration, I decided to discuss this matter with their supervisor directly over a call.
On call, supervisor was not ready to connect with the customer. On connecting with supervisor, supervisor told that
*.This mesh problem is a small problem as per CROCS and they don't resolve small problem.
* .Mesh is not included in the warranty.
*. The torn is minimal, so crocs doesn't care
*. If the torn would have been larger they would have considered it.
On asking him to give Everthing in written he has end a mail stating that escalated case was rejected. Your item is not eligible for the full amount voucher in this case.

Its just the front mesh got teared a bit minimally. Apart from that, rest entire shoe is in good condition.
They have even blocked my registered number so I had to contact them through another number.
