I ordered a suit set from Nirbani and it got delivered today, but it is very different from the product listed online. The seller is very rude and arrogant. Do not provide shipping details nor do they provide their address. When I told them to refund me since the quality of the product is different, they replied the refund is not available. Then after repeatedly asking them they said they can exchange or they can refund in credit points as per their policy. Now I have been requesting for an exchange since I don't have any option but I am doubtful of the next product and I have seen several people with similar complaints regarding this website. I beleive they are frauds. Also, I ordered the product size of XL but they have given me a product without size details written on it and it seems smaller in size, it won't fit me. They are very unprofessional people. I hope no one else get cheated like me or the rest of those who have been cheated.
