I ordered * products from them in March ****. They did not deliver anything for * months. Everytime I asked them about product delivery they said it will reach you in within week. * product they cancelled from their side and did not refund my amount. After * months I asked them now it is too late I don't want your product, just refund my full amount. Now after month of that they delivered * product but I don't trust this site now. I have not opened that delivery package and want to return this and want my money back. Even for the product that they cancelled from their side they did not return my money.
So in total * products I ordered one they cancelled from their side and did not return my amount and for other they delivered after * months when I was not at home, I have not opened that packing as I don't trust them. I just want them to take this back too and return my full amount.
I followed with them multiple times but they are abusing me now on whatsapp. I even filed consumer complaint against them but to no avail.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
