Ordered a dress in decemebr **** which they failed to deliver and after months of chasing them via online chat they contacted me in March **** saying they have cancelled my order and I will only get store credit . I placed an order again in April **** and I am still awaiting the delivery . It’s June **** now . Every week they give a new timeline . Customer service is so pathetic and abusive . Extremely rude and has no basic courtesy . Such people should not be allowed to run a company /business .
