Lazypay - The meesho merchant refunded my money to lazypay but they yet not transfer to my account

I had ordered a product from Meesho and paid through pay later app named LAZYPAY, later Lazypay debited the amount from my bank account ( debit card) before I could receive my product, then the product was returned back to the merchant of which the merchant refunded the amount of ***/-( two hundred and seventy only ) into Lazypay source, I didn't receive any amount from Lazypay in my account. I called their customer care on **/**/** ( ticket no.********)they said it would get transfer in *-** working days but it didn't later after waiting for * days I called again on */*/****( Ticket number ********) they told that the BACKEND TEAM REFUSES TO PAY AS PER THEIR POLICY rather asked me use it by buying any other product , which I tried but no option on their portal was found , so I called again on *rd April **** the executive asked me to wait for another *-* working days for the transfer. plz help me get my money back in my account.
