Hp - The hp service provider not return my hp chromebook after for

My hp chromebook is repaired during the warranty period so I have contacted hp support and they I have sent the service person the service person cannot relove it in home so he take it back to their service center by give me the hp care recipit as photo copy and he take paper copy with him on June **/****.by saying they will give it back to me by week. Hp have contacted hp support by mail and they take a compliment and called me they will resolve it as soon as possible. But till now they don't return my Chromebook back . After some time I received mail by saying they returned my chromebook back . So replied to them saying it's not true my chromebook is not return. Kindly look into this if hp provider lost or. Damage my chromebook kindly send me new one.
