I ordered dinner from zomato from the restyled veggies giving instructions to make it without onion and garlic! But they didn’t acknowledge the instructions and sent me the food! On reaching out to the support they are not ready to talk or contact me to any assistant. I still have the food kept the restaurant people can come and take it. I need a full refund as i had to order something else for the dinner. And this is not the first time i am facing this issue and they have assured this wouldn’t not be repeated still the same response and they are not even responding to my mails or anything.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
