Domino's India - The chicken was not cooked properly

The ordered combo was * pizzas and * coke
Pepper Barbecue Chicken,
Paneer & Capsicum with Videshi Hot Sauce,
Chicken Sausage,
Coca Cola ***ml
The chicken Sausages was not cooked and the meat is raw.
I called the shop and explain about the issue the shop person told that they will refund the entire amount.
And I was waited for a while for getting confirmation but o didn't receive any mails or text message so I called the shop again and asked for updates on that time they changed the refund to reward points.
So I asked for why they are changing the option now. They again told will give refund.
I informed clearly on the first call that i gave the pizza base to my kids and iI've separate the chicken pieces.
And I've shared the image on domino's app help service.
And finally they told me to give the order back and get the refund.
Again I informed that I have chicken pieces and veg pizzas, I will give back what i have and I have gave back the veg pizza and one slize of sausage pizza with the Sausage pieces to the delivery person and I asked him to check the Sausage pieces.
The delivery person also accept that the Sausage pieces are not cooked and gave the money.
After * to **mins the shop person called me and spoke harshly and mention that i was cheating him and getting the money back.
Such a worst response and no respect. Please take strict action to this issue.
