Hi,
I had bought one iPhone * from sangeetha mobiles store in phoenix market city, Bangalore. While purchasing I was told to get a Cashback if I do a emi transaction from hdfc card. It was supposed to be credited with in ** Days, but its been * Months I am yet to get it. I have escalated it to the support team and has been calling them but no respond from the support staffs in fact they never pick up the call. When I visit the store i was assured to get an update with in **days but that also not happened.
