Greetings!!
I have ordered Nokia C** Mobile phone from Sangeetha Mobiles online on **nd October'****. The expected delivery date was **th October'****, today *th November'**** i havent received the product yet.
They are not providing me with the proper resolution on this, not ready to send me new product or cancel my order & refund my money. They couriered me product through Blue Dart from Bangalore to Thane Maharashtra. Product reached my location on **th October but they have shipped it to Gandhinagar Gujarat on **th October'****. The shipment status on Blue dart site shows Delivery Delayed and location showing as Gandhinagar Gujarat.
I am bit worried about this shipment now which couriered from Bangalore to Thane, from Thane to Ahmedabad and from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar.
Sangeetha mobiles customer care not responding me properly on call and emails. They dont even know where the product currently is, they are not ready to cancel my order or send me the new shipment.
Why should i suffer from all this, i paid the money for product, they are not providing me this for free.
Please look into this and provide me the solution.
