Sangeetha mobiles - Order not getting cancelled even after requesting multiple times

I ordered IPhone ** through Sangeetha mobiles on ** September with a promise from website that they deliver it in ** minutes. I paid ***** online for the product through my credit card.

But they didn't delivered my order for the whole day and by end of day I got a call from their head office that product is out of stock. So I asked them to cancel my order and initiate refund and they agreed for that. So I brought product from other vendor next day.

But still today they didn't cancelled my order even after multiple calls to customer care and emails. Now I am suddenly getting messages like it will be delivered to me in couple of days . But as I already brought product from other vendor as Sangeetha mobiles team assured me that they are cancelling my order.

So getting a product again is waste of money for me and I need my order to be cancelled immediately and initiate refund.
