Solo luxury - The brands they would refund the money but they haven t

I will place the order with the company in the year **** and immediately after placing the order I asked to cancel it and refund my money. They said that they were going into a restructuring due to Corona and would refund my money shortly. It’s now been one year they have also stopped responding to all my messages and they said that if you if I wanted to buy a product instead they would do that but again they stop talking to me about it would request you to please help me out get my money back
