Mathanghi filed complaint against Rapido auto on May 4, 2022
First, when I book for a ride, I am being accepted by them. They ask for how much money it is and then if it is less then they themself cancel the rides.
The Auto ride that I booked after ** minutes, he told me that he will come but even after ** minutes he didn't come to my location to pick me. He was nearby and didn't give any response to the calls I did except for the first time.
I had the worst experience and I cannot depend on RAPIDO in a very emergency situation.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
