The problem is not properly analysed by service engineers they visited multiple times by charging *** rupees as service charge, *** rupees for adopter and *** for settop box replacement. But settop box is working fine with the existing adopter even that also they have not tried. I tried with old adopter with new settop box and it is working good. Misc amount they charged without analysing the problem and this this is now rectified on **.**.**** and it took ** days to rectify the problem and charged extra amount and wasting my time and telephone charges for repeated followup.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
