Hi,
I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience regarding the
transfer of my previous vehicle. I purchased a Kia Seltos from Surya Kia,
Hamirpur on **th May **** and exchanged my Vitara Brezza (HP **-****) at
the time of purchase.
It has been over six months, yet the vehicle has still not been transferred
from my name. I continue to receive videos from people spotting the car on
the road, and I am even receiving challans for it.
As per the dealership, the car was sold to another dealer in Hamirpur, who
is now refusing to complete the transfer process. Although I received a
sale letter from Kia for the vehicle, I remain the first point of contact
for any issues involving the car.
A written complaint was made on Dec **,**** but still it's not resolved and they are using my vehicle
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
