Dear Kia Company,
I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding a persistent jerking issue with my vehicle (registration number: DL*CS ****) that has been ongoing for the past ** months. Despite my previous emails and numerous visits to your service centers, the problem remains unresolved.
I have consistently communicated my concern about a potential transmission issue, specifically relating to the *-speed DCT system known to experience a judder or shuddering sensation. Unfortunately, the service personnel have not acknowledged this concern, and I have not received any effective solutions. Each time I leave my car at a service center, it stays there for several days, yet the jerking problem persists upon retrieval. In total, my car has spent at least three of the past ** months in your various service centers for this same issue.
This situation has become increasingly untenable, and I feel as though my concerns are being dismissed. I have maintained a record of all my complaints, and I am reaching a point where I may have to pursue legal action through consumer court if this matter is not addressed promptly.
I urge you to take my complaint seriously and provide a resolution to ensure my vehicle operates smoothly. As a reputable company, I believe it is crucial to enhance your customer service and respond effectively to customer issues.
I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter.
